Mark and his team went above and beyond, leaving very little for us to do on our end. Everyone was polite and personable. Our 2 year old and golden retriever made a few new friends today. ☺️

They were exactly on time, very courteous and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking so good. They even showed me how the previous carpet was installed poorly in a few places and how it should be done ( good learning for me). They went above call of duty as they even retucked my carpet on the stairs that a carpet cleaner had loosened the week before with no charge I highly recommend them if you need new carpet for your home.

Just got our carpet installed today and I did carpet angels on the floor! I love it and they installed quickly (2 weeks). He gave us tips to pull the carpet ourselves so we could save money! So this is a very honest flooring business. When we get more done, I’m definitely calling Parsons! Love the options. We opted out of the traveling showroom because we didn’t have our house yet. Very happy with them and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, easy to contact, and quick smaller business crew. Thank you Parsons!

They carpeted five rooms, our staircases and shimmed and fixed the transition spots all in one day. Very professional and communication was great through the whole process. Very high quality carpet as well super comfortable and very happy with everything they did. I definitely recommend getting these guys to do all your flooring needs.
